Fiona (estimated 3.5 - 4 years old) the border collie mix is very sweet but shy. Took months for her to let us love on her, but now she seeks it out. She will need patience from her new family, as it takes her some time to bond. She is in love with larger dogs, generally ignores the puppies around here but doesn't fuss when they bother her, and she is a foodie. Fantastic walker.
Hoover (around 2.5 years old) is very playful, sweet, great with other dogs. Boxer mix, he is an amazing runner. He has gone on 6-7 mile runs and outran his human. He also swims and loves the pool. But he also loves. snuggling on the sofa watching TV.
Pinto is Hoover's goofy brother. I found them together, stranded living in a culvert. Pinto is so very sweet, but he is more timid about things than Hoover. He is also an amazing runner and is part of the running group. But he is not a fan of the pool. He is cool lounging on the deck, watching Hoover swim. He loved affection and attention..
These three boys are Fred, Arthur and Lloyd. Fred has the mostly white right paw, Lloyd has the mostly white left paw. And Arthur's paws are evenly gloved. They are really good puppies, learned to use the doggie door immediately. No aggression over food or toys or anything, just love. They are approximately 1.5 years old. They are walked together on the trails and are in heaven. Great on leash, Arthur pulls a little, he wants to see what's up ahead all the time.
Left to right are Deb, Lily and Hopper. Although I rescued Deb separately from Lily and Hopper, they are ride or die inseparable buddies. Deb (2 years old) is big, maybe shepherd and great pyr mix. Lily and Hopper *found at Easter 2 years ago) are Husky mix brother and sister. All three are gentle loving dogs, great with humans of all sizes and other dogs. Just because Lily and Hopper are husky cats may be an issue. (There are no cats here so we are not sure how they would do.....)
Hoover and Pinto pre-dinner runaround.
Fiona is a beauty.
